He was very professional and spent time on the phone prior to my event to understand my needs to better prepare himself for the day of my event. Not being such a formal party, I simply stated I wanted to capture my family and I enjoying ourselves. We agreed he would arrive at least 30 minutes prior to set up and shoot pictures for 4 hours.
